Gabriela Sierra Fontecilla

Gabriela Sierra has been a lawyer specialising exclusively in the cannabis sector in Spain for more than 10 years. Registered with the ICAB, she has taught on the Cannabis Master’s programme at CannabisHub with the University of Barcelona, trained at CESIF and CESCOM, and is a regular speaker at Spannabis, Kannasur and international industry conferences.
Her career is not that of a generalist lawyer who discovered cannabis. It is the career of someone who has built her entire professional path within the sector and has created this training to share that knowledge in a practical and accessible way.
A well-established training track record in the sector
Before Lawyer Sierra, lawyer Gabriela Sierra had already been delivering specialised cannabis training for years at leading institutions. This school is the natural evolution of that experience.

The Spanish cannabis sector operates within a complex, incomplete and constantly evolving legal framework. Most of the legal problems faced by CSCs, CBD companies and hemp projects do not come from bad faith: they come from lack of knowledge.

What exactly does each downloadable resource include?
Each resource includes documents in PDF and/or editable Word format, with all the structure needed to use them or adapt them directly. They are not empty templates, but documents developed from real practice in the Spanish cannabis sector.
Are the documents updated to current regulations?
Yes. All resources reflect the current state of Spanish and European regulations. When relevant regulatory changes occur, the resource is updated and buyers receive access to the new version at no additional cost.
Do these resources replace a lawyer?
No. They are general guidance materials prepared by a specialised lawyer. They do not constitute individual legal advice nor create an attorney-client relationship. For specific situations, request a direct consultation.
Can I use the documents in my CSC or company without modifications?
They are designed to be used directly or with minimal adaptations. The editable Word formats are intended so you can personalise them with your association’s or company’s details. We recommend checking that the document is correctly adapted to your situation before using it formally.
How does the purchase process work?
The process is completely online and takes less than 2 minutes. You add the resource to the cart, enter your billing details and pay securely by card. Once payment is confirmed, you automatically receive an email with the download link.
What payment methods are available?
You can conveniently pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed through a fully secure SSL-encrypted gateway. We never store your card details.
Do prices include VAT?
The prices shown do not include VAT. The 21% VAT applicable to digital products in Spain is added automatically during checkout, before you confirm the purchase. You will always see the final price including VAT before paying.
Will I receive an invoice with VAT itemised?
Yes. The invoice is generated automatically and sent to the email address provided. If you need it issued in your company’s or association’s name, enter your NIF/CIF in the billing details.
Do you have a refund policy?
As these are digital products with immediate access, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has started (Art. 103 RDL 1/2007). If you have any issue, email us at info@lawyersierra.com and we will resolve it.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Absolutely. Payment is processed through a gateway with an SSL certificate and end-to-end encryption. Your banking details are never stored on our servers.
Is it possible to request one-to-one training?
Yes. In addition to downloadable resources, you can also book one-to-one training sessions tailored to the needs of your CSC, company or cannabis project. Contact us explaining your situation and we will inform you about availability and terms.
Do some resources include video content?
Certain resources include or can be complemented with video content to make the most complex aspects easier to understand. When a product includes training video, it is explicitly stated in its description.

All resources are prepared by Gabriela Sierra Fontecilla, an ICAB-registered lawyer with more than 10 years of exclusive experience in cannabis. She has taught on the Cannabis Master’s programme at CannabisHub with the University of Barcelona, trained at CESIF and CESCOM, and spoken at Spannabis and Kannasur. Is the training tailored to my type of business?
The resources are organised by areas: Cannabis Social Clubs, CBD companies and shops, and industrial hemp. Each product clearly states which profile it is aimed at so you can choose the one that best fits your situation.
When do I get access to the resource after purchase?
Access is immediate. Once payment is confirmed, you receive an email with the download link. There is no need to wait for any manual review.
How long do I have to download the resource?
The download link is available for 72 hours from payment confirmation and can be downloaded up to 3 times during that period. If you have created an account, you can access your purchases from your private area at any time.
What if I have a problem with the download?

Do I need to create an account to buy?
